I came here to eat with my client who has a disability. He was asking about the specials and they were explaining what the specials were, they said that the special had to be to go, he decided to not get the special and ordered the pizza. They got confused and when I said that I was sorry that they could put it in the box and we could eat it here the manager Autumn very rudely stated that Oh no, your not going to eat a pizza out of a box in MY dining room. She raised her voice and had a very ugly tone. Then when I asked her her name she argued with me that she wasnt being rude she was being blunt. And I said Im writing a review and she said well they all come to me anyways.. Then justified her getting an attitude with my client because her and her kids are on the spectrum. Ive never been so disappointed with service in my life.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Ten minutes after the expected arrival time, still no pizza, no word from Pizza Hut. Called and told they didn't have a delivery driver. You had my phone number. Did you think to call and let me know. Then you tell me that you just finished the pizza. And? What was the point of even making the pizza if you didn't have a driver? I paid 8 bucks for delivery. If you don't have a driver then don't take orders for delivery. I expect a full refund including the delivery fee. And to make it worse, you had an attitude and couldn't even apologize even though I had no tone with you. Won't happen again because there are plenty of other pizza places in town.
