There was a fire in the hotel so I checked out and went to another hotel and was still charged an early checkout fee or something I had no control over

I booked this room through Priceline. Once my Uber dropped me off room was very nice great location. But a couple of days after my stay the hotel changed my card for parking permit. Called hotel and had no luck getting my money back.
Nearby activities: All kinds of shopping close by you can Uber too.
Food & drinks: Right next door UNO pizza

Marginal location behind a Hampton Inn. Vacant restaurant in the front.
They GHARGE FOR PARKING at this suburban hotel. Never had that happen before . Never. Just a money grab.

What hotel in the suburbs charges you 12.00 a day to park?? That is absolutely ridiculous. It's not Philly. What a bunch of clowns!
Rooms: Large spacious rooms with a full sized refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. Toaster, microwave, pans and dishes. Comfortable beds and ample storage space.
Nearby activities: Lots of parks a day trails. Marsh Creek State Park is 12 minutes. The Uwchlan Trail is right here and the 14 mile Chester Valley Trail is paved and flat for walking, running and cycling.
Safety: Not a concern
Walkability: Restaurants are literally behind the hotel
