I spent5 days without heat in my room Im on day 7 the refrigerator does not work there are no pots pans plates anything the staff is here absolutely just to get a check not one person is helpful nobody has any motivation to help
Rooms: Nothing worked cleaning needed to be done had to call housekeeper after checking in heater was broke refrigerator did not work and no pots pans or plates were available

Meghan the female manager is extremely rude, Has a Very nasty attitude & makes you not want to stay there at all... She needs to be gone immediately..Case Closed...

Found ourselfs in need of a place to stay for a couple weeks from an emergency situation. Extended Stay came thought for us superbly. I feel confident saying anytime we need a hotel stay for any reason, we will be looking for Extended Stay first
Nearby activities: On site recommendation, a small area on the property for small children to play outside with parents/adult supervision.

Everything is fine for the hotel. I will be here for 6 months renting but today I had a very bad experience. I was sitting on the resection couch and the resectionist who works today, Sunday afternoon, shouted at me not to touch a cushion that was on the sofa and I told him what was happening and he told me it was decoration but how do you think of putting a decorative cushion on a sofa that is there to be used? I mobi him and he scolded me again, he said that the boss had them there, I think I've been a customer for 6 months, they should be nicer.
