Why own a business if you are not going to ever return calls, emails, or answer the phone? Guess they dont want any new customers, dont bother with them and go somewhere who actually gets back to you.
Update: they reply to a Google review within 2 hours but not a voicemail, or email, or 2 phone calls for over 5-6 days.
