Friendly but wait area leaves a lot to be desired since it is in garage

Everytime the leased truck breaks down it ends up back there for the same problem, the first time I picked it up. They never tightened the new air lines, it went back 3 days later for a loose turbo clamp. Now it has a transmission light coming on. They said it was due to certain things getting unplugged. They plugged everything back in, but that was not the problem because it's back within 400 miles, and the rental trucks that temporarily replace the leased truck, has something wrong as well, the first rental felt like the brakes were sticking, upon further inspection there's mismatched tires on the tractor, size wise. The one I got as of late, well the top step is ready to come off, the windshield is cracked, and it's got some sort of high idle problem.

Moved from PA to Florida in June. The Erie office was awesome and the interaction was very friendly, professional and efficient with Zack Patterson(his card says Management Trainee). Despite changing my reservation a few times the truck was clean and ready when they said it would be with no issues. Moving is a stressful time and they made the truck rental easy.

I rented a high top cargo van almost a month in advance to pick up at 8:30. I received a call the morning of my pickup that it wouldn't be delivered until 10 or 10:30 that day. That put me an hour and a half behind schedule but I had no other choice. I arrived at the pickup location at 10:40 and was told it should be there any minute. At 11 I called in again and was told that the driver had to go from Erie to Meadville and then could bring down the truck to Warren. Supposedly he was almost there. The vehicle finally arrived at almost 11:30 and is a 12 foot cargo truck, not what I rented at all or wanted to drive. I am extremely disappointed in Penske and will not be renting from them in the future. This is unacceptable when people are relying on these vehicles. 3 hours late is not alright. The person I spoke to on the phone about this was also not very helpful or respectful.
