image They were okay for a few months (Our former company refused to service us as they had dropped my mother in transit and were annoyed when i insisted on a report being filed regardless of lawsuit action we decided not take initially. ) They began to send drivers who were incapable of handling my mothers needs.. I ended up helping more often than not which i didn't mind until began to refuse my assistance and complain of difficulties. We had ramp built for ease of transport though our 3 steps were not terrible. We got okay service for another few months until we had 2 -3 cancellations which we offered to pay for in cash out side of insurance, they declined but said they would continue as long as we did not cancel on them. WE HAVE NOT mind you. Recently we called to schedule a ride two in fact one of which was entered the other was not....this was an oncology appt. The agent we spoke to said she didn't have it in the system and it must not have been called in but they had the other which was made same call. We called to reschedule this with the doctor and gave MCPS ample notice over 1 week... they said they didnt have anything for that date as far as a return trip and we would have to call back. I explained i would rather schedule for whatever day they had open next so as to not irritate the doctors office with constant reschedules.... the agent said they were booked for 2 weeks and we wouldn't be able to get on the schedule...I asked that she look for the next available day with the ability to transport back and forth (admittedly in a rougher tone) to which the agent replied "Your not going to dictate to me what i will do". I took a breath and apologized for my frustration but that this is not a simple dr it is for oncology and we need to know what type of cancer my mother has, they messed up my last scheduled appt and I am ASKING tha they look for the next appt they can accommodate( i was now in tears and worried for my mothers health).I was placed on hold while at work for 30 minutes till i hung up. When i called back the next day the agent told me what I did was border line harassment and they were booked for 2 weeks out at this point. I am unsure how an ambulette company cannot garentee they will be open, Agent told me they only have 2 drivers... which i understand i am not asking for immediate service just a day sometime in the foreseeable future that will be doable for THEM.... SO DISGUSTED WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THEIR AGENTS THIS IS HEALTH CARE FIND YOUR COMPASSION OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS

image I was having a diabetic shock episode + called for MPS. Driver blew right past my home even though a have large house numbers posted. Main paramedic questioned me as to what was my issue. He totally discourged me to seek medical help at hospital by down playing the seriousness of my medical state. It shouldn't be up to the medic to decide how ill the patient is. I should cancel my membership. Zero stars would be appropriate.

image Dealing with MPS Billing and Director has been a nightmare! Nine months ago MPS received a decision by C2C Innovative Solutions an independent arbitration that decides bill disputes and found in my favor. MPS is ordered to refund what they billed me out-of-pocket. I still have not received my refund. Does MPS even have a Board of Directors? MPS also received payment from Medicare! They reported me to a Collection Agency at four months while the bill was under dispute. Yet, 9 months after a legally binding judgement against them, they still have not refund me almost $1,000. The Collections Agency harrassed me by phone and threatened my good Credit rating. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
