I’ve used John multiple times and couldn’t be happier. He has evolved our teams work shirts into a better design and comfortable shirt for the summer work. He also helped with an urgent order for a company I work with and was able to turn shirts around quickly with an awesome layout that caught tons of attention. Every time I use John he saves the day.

(11/25/20) Do not give this company your business if you care about diversity and the new administration. I gave then ONE single jacket to embroider with two words totaling 13 letters ... something very simple. The owner said it would take three weeks to do the jacket because he was too busy. I was doubtful if that was the case but I left the jacket anyway. After three weeks I called again and was again given the excuse 'I'm too busy and will get to it next week'. When I explained he had committed to having the jacket done in three weeks he got belligerent and without any pause said 'look I'm not doing the jacket come pick it up'. What fountain of professionalism! I will never again offer him work and will never recommend his company to anyone. Easton deserves better.
(11/26/20) After posting my last review, I went to get my jacket yesterday afternoon as demanded by the store owner. It was the most horrendous customer experience in my life. Immediately after entering the shop and asking for my jacket, John (the owner) motioned to a bag by the door and said in exact words “get your jacket and get the f**k out of here”. These words were shouted at me for no apparent reason other then the lack of diversity this man has. To further embarrass and disgrace himself the store owner’s outburst was witnessed by a lady customer he was attending when I walked in. The owner lacks respect for customers and is belligerent. It’s a shame the reviews criteria forces you to allocate at least one star … this store and owner deserves no stars at all. ANYONE SEEKING EMBROIDERY OR T-SHIRT WORK DONE WOULD BE BEST SERVED TO GO ELSEWHERE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
