WOW....just WOW!!! If I could give them more stars, I would. They came out to give me an estimate on Wednesday morning and the price was great. I was told that someone would be in touch to schedule having the trees removed. I got a text message within two hours after the estimate that there were guys in the neighborhood who would come over today and do it. The woman who answered the phone was also so wonderful, friendly, and explained everything. We were told that the guys to grind the stump would be out in two to three weeks and they were out today. Such a wonderful experience and I will recommend them in the future to anyone! Services: Tree removal, Tree stump grinding

Robert MI have used Monster for +/- 4 times over several years. Just had 2 trees taken down. Talked to mike and the operations manager. Argued with me and took no responsibility. Gave a small bag of grass seed.Here are my complaints.1-No mats were used for driving over my lawn. The trees were along my driveway and about 20 feet from the driveway. Leaving matted grass and ruts. Monster said that's normal damage!2-No Mats were placed under the crane outriggers leaving large divets in the lawn. Monster said that's normal damage!3- No mats were used for the stump grinding adding to the lawn damage.Monster said that's normal damage!4-Ran thru my rock garden and ivy when they could have moved 5' and done no damage. No mats and Monster said that's normal damage!5-Saw dust is everywhere including embedded in my lawn. I spent 2 hours cleaning it up. Monster said that's normal damage! Came back once and cleaned my driveway.5-The logs were piled and damaged the lawn opposite the side of the trees being removed. No mats again. Monster said that's normal damage!Had they taken responsibility and repaired the excessive damage, I would understand. They just made excuses so i told them don't bother.I will never use or recommend them again.
