      image Its 9/7/22 and the ID insurance cards on the Allstate app print out as being from 12/7/19 to 6/7/20. This is the last straw with Allstate. They are unresponsive, close claims before collecting relevant information and are very expensive. Shop and stay away from Allstate.

      Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey so that I can be aware of your discontent. I'm not sure why your cards are showing a different date, but I did e-mail your current cards as soon as I opened your e-mail that you couldn't bring up the proper cards. As with all my clients, I response as quick as humanly possible. I take pride in getting back to clients within the same day and with most clients within the first couple hours. As for pricing, we are quite competitively priced in the market today, but I would be happy to review your policies specifically as I see there is at least one discount of which you have chosen not to take advantage. As with all my clients, I'm just a phone call or e-mail away if you would like to review your policies to see if anything has changed or needs to be changed.
