Someone got ahold of my card info and spent almost $700 the other day halfway across the country. Went in to the bank, explained my situation, and Ava was able to resolve the situation for me in 20 minutes. Very grateful! :) Answered all my questions and made the process easy for me.

Just want to share for the benefit of other customers as I feel I was deceived and tricked into paying for a protection plan I would never use nor sign up for due to my tight budget and careful driving. Its on an auto loan (not sure where else it might apply) and if you dont get paper statements you may not be aware of the default agreement that is NONREFUNDABLE going straight into the banks profit. When I got the loan I asked specific and thorough questions about changes and any miscellaneous charges that would occur after the very very difficult process of having to buy the loan out from an absent co-signer in a state 13 hours away.
Unbeknown to me, patriot has been charging me monthly for a Life Plus Debt Protection plan that I never would have agreed to had I know what was in the fine print.
Cant wait until my loan is paid off in June, Ill never bank here again. Thanks for stealing my hard-earned money that I thought had been going towards my auto loan for almost a year and a half.
