In the prothonotarys office they are all so very helpful! Theyre respectful & warm. Makes what might be an unpleasant or tedious task a little better!

Judge Edward Guido should never be a judge for custody. For some reason he really hates mothers and will side with the father side even if the father is proven to be abusive towards the child. He does not care for childs wellness and safety at all. He doesnt take the time to look at the documents prepared by lawyers and doesnt let anyone speak in the courtroom and is very very disrespectful. I honestly dont know how he even got his position and should be removed from custody duties. You can tell he is ready for retirement and he wont be missed when he does retire.

Awesome super friendly people in there. I worked for Cumberland County in the 2000s and did not have a good experience. Seems like its a much better place now.
