We chose Hoffman Funeral Home for my fathers service. Simply put, they took care of everything. They coordinated full military honors, a live stream, etc They made a difficult time for the family much easier.

Personal interactions were nice, but service was very unprofessional. We chose Hoffman's mainly because they offered live streaming of the memorial service, since many friends and family are out of state. During the memorial service, the live stream was muted, and even though many called in to alert the staff that there was a problem, they had no idea how to fix the problem and it remained muted. The recorded version is muted also; the service is forever lost!
Alao, pictures supplied for memorial page were not posted, and there is even a bad link to the muted memorial service, so that it can't even be seen! The staff even left their "canned" music playing during the live piano playing we hired. The staff had no clue beyond smiling and greeting. A total fail with a most important event in a family's life.

A few years ago my wife and I prepaid our funeral arrangements. After several phone calls we selected Hoffman Funeral Home because of the phone conversations with the other facilties. We both opted for cremations with no frills. Unlike the other calls Hoffman personel gave us exactly what we asked without suggestions and maybe we should.. . Recently my wife passed away and the Hoffman personel stepped up again and gave us additional services I just did not expect. We made a very good selection.

Adam at HoffmannFuneral Home was the most professional, kind, empathetic and understanding gentleman to our family (Ronald M Boyer). My father had passed away in New Jersey and there was several obstacles we had to face. Adam went above and beyond in helping my family to ensure that my father had a respectful and timely burial process including working with Fort Indian town gap. Everything they did was spot on, from the services to helping with all the planning and advising. Adam went out of his way to drop flowers off at my moms, to holding doors, to offer drinks, tissues, reassurance etc My family could not have picked a better funeral home. It is comforting to know that when your dealing with grief and loss that there are wonderful people and companies still out there!! Many thanks and love from the Boyer family
