I am Very displeased with the services here.
I was seeing Jen Guise and she was unprofessional. She rarely called me by first name (I assume she didn't remember), and she repeatedly mistitled people in my life that I talked about during sessions, meaning she could not be bothered to remember (i.e. called my boyfriend my husband and my grandmother my mother). I corrected her numerous times.
During our last session, Jen was in the car driving and had to pull over to get a tow truck and ended our session early, but I was still charged for the full session!!!??
Overall I am very unhappy that I could not have my own therapists undivided attention for 1 hour a WEEK.

Chad is a very good therapist and this place is amazing. It has really helped me in the past year or so. I went there after being released from the mental hospital, I was sent to for trying to kill myself, and now I am loving life and I am so grateful, thank you so much! I see how beautiful life is now. And if you do go here and have Chad as your therapist I can guarantee he will do everything he can to help you because he genuinely cares and he is incredibly wise. Also all of the other therapists that are there are most likely just as amazing as Chad, I just personally have not met them thus I can not properly review them. Oh also the office and waiting room is very pretty, in my personal opinion. Overall very very awesome. Oh also Chad if your reading this then greetings!! Thank you, I shall see you next session, merry Christmas!! (Oh also if you dont know who this is by now, here is a hint Polyozellus multiplex)
