My wife attempted to tour the facility twice and twice had no one show at the agreed upon time. If they are this irresponsible with a tour that lasts 15-20 minutes, I feel badly for the children in their "care".

My kids loved WOW! The workers were extra kind and went over and beyond in ways that made my children feel loved and special. Every day, my daughter would have a new braid which we both loved! My son gave hugs to all of his teachers. They learned so much, especially in song. We were sad when it was time for us to leave. You and your children will have a nice experience here!

The staff is amazing but some of the policies seem off. My son is enrolled 2 days a week and during pandemic last year other families received a discount because they attended more days, we received nothing. Then more recently we had to make other arrangements for a day because they had a lot of call offs and would be out of ratio.

Poor poor communication, my daughter had an incident at the daycare and I was never called. I got a texted message from a teacher who was on a lunch break during the incident stating she ran into a kitchen table. Report was never filed nor shown to me. The huge bruise on her head indicated it was more than her running into a table. This daycare has numerous reports with the state of being out of ratio. I do not recommend this daycare.

My daughter has been attending since 2017 and the ladies are always attentive and kind. I now have my baby enrolled and she gets all the love and kindness that I would give her. I always recommend this daycare to all my friends and family and have never had any major issues.
