I'd give zero stars if I could. I scheduled a check up with Dr. Foos months in advance and when I get to the building where my appointment is supposed to be, I'm told that she moved two months ago. So when I call her new office, I'm then told she moved to Colorado and nobody bothered to inform me. What a disorganized mess.

Just closed up her office without a letter or email to her patients to inform them. I have no idea how to get my medical records. Nothing. NO COURTESY at all. She just left her patients hanging.
