      image Was a little suprised when I saw all the bad reviews. Not our experience. We checked in Friday night. We were greeted by a super friendly and accommodating gentleman at the front desk. Room was very clean. Pool was awesome. My family had a great time no issues. Will be back

      image Had employees there for 2+ weeks - Booked and paid for the original reservation online, over the course of the first week I was not only charged for the rooms but 5 more charges (and one credit) that equaled an overcharge of $159 - when I extended the reservation they charged me almost $50/night more for each room than I was told it would be by reservations and they overlapped one reservation, double charging me for 1 night. Have called them, was told to email details to the manager - I have emailed the manager, the hotels email, and submitted a complaint on IHG. First contacted them 2/20/24 and cannot even get a call back or response from anyone who can help!
