So disappointed. Ordered a cross for my boyfriend online, didn’t show up for a week so I called them to figure out where it went. UPS lost it, Zales can’t find it because they never sent me tracking, and they will not send me another necklace. Never shopping here again

I used to love this store. Not anymore. They tried to rip me off 400$. I had to call corporate to get it back because they refused. And now they are trying to rip off my husband more money. This store needs closed down!!

So disappointed in this store! have no had any issues previous to this one but it was more than enough to make me never go back! I took my engagement ring in on a Tuesday, to get resized .. was told it would be going out the next day and to give them 14 business days for it to be returned... I called the following Tuesday to just check on things, and it wasn't even sent out yet!!!!!! A full week, they had my ring and didn't send it out. Was never told they take so long to end things out. Do NOT go here!

March 2nd, my husband took me over to Zales to pick out a new wedding ring (since my first was damaged). We got there and I tried on a few in our price range and found the perfect one. Unfortunately they didn’t carry it in my size, but said they could get it in a 5 shipped to the store, then it would have to be shipped back out to be resized down to a 4.5. We agreed and continued the process of checking out. While in the mid process of paying, the computer was having a malfunction for over 20 minutes.. I waited and I had my 2 toddlers with me and they were hungry and tired and grumpy and impatient so the lady assured me that they would finish the order, the manager said she would bypass the down payment and I could just pay in full when it was time to pick it up. She also assured me that I would still receive it for the sale price it was (it was on sale, I believe 25 % off not totally sure). I told them I was just gonna get my kids lunch and I’d be back to just pay and she insisted it was okay , and that she was ok with bypassing the down payment and that a someone from store would call me when it got to the store, (to be shipped out for resizing) and also when it was time to pick it up. I called 2 weeks ago and the lady I spoke to said that it was out being resized. Here we are April 30 and I called to check on the order status and the people I spoke with couldn’t find my order, lied and said they found the order!! Then said it was just accidentally put under somebody else’s name!??!!! Then said that it would be ready to be picked up in two weeks as well as the men’s wedding band. (HELLO I ONLY GOT ONE RING, A WOMANS WEDDING RING!!!) I told him that and he said he has to do more investing andwould call me back. 2 hours later no call back!!!!!!
