We have had great experiences with BASA. We had plumbing work done in the house. The plumber discovered that work belonging to BASA had to be done. I called BASA to do the work, expecting it might be weeks before they did the work. They were there a day or 2 later starting the repair job. Very friendly and responsive staff at the office and on the work site. Glad to have such a professional organization here!

I was made to pay a bill that was not mine. I sold a house to a family that was paying me to own the home. This family backed out on all of their utility bills. BASA made me pay the late bill to have the sewage put back on. They said bill always goes to deeded owner. I did not own the deed but was still made to pay the bill.

This company routinely fails to send a bill so I receive a past due bill a month later with a nice late fee. Also routinely fail to print a bill number on the bill so I have to call and ask them for this number so I can pay the bill. After asking to receive these electronically in the future, I was told they cant do that. Theres also no way to set up a recurring payment online. All of my options to resolve this issue are not possible. Instead, theyll keep charging me extra money every quarter to pay for their mistakes. When I called to speak to customer service, they were useless. No resolutions, no options, and uncaring. This company is operating in the last century.

Truely a customer oriented department! Very helpful when a answer was needed to resolve an issue with new construction! Professionals to say the least. Thanks Jim Tomazich.
