Had an appointment and got put into some queue. I waited 15 minutes and it never said it was ready, so i walked in and the worker and co-worker were just talking and laughing and I asked when my appointment was ready and the worker that was working the thing said, "what time" and I told him, "15 minutes ago." They put me in another queue. The workers are inexperienced and shouldn't be working there.

The employee's that we interacted with were very friendly. But the length of time it took to get the business at hand was very very slow.

Do not buy unlocked phones. Took it to Verizon to fix a Sim card issue and now I can't receive text messages at all. No fix except to call Motorola, then why do we go to the stores.
