Jennifer called me could never get life insurance from anybody else because I suffer from MS but she was able to get me a policy for $100,000 which is awesome cuz now my funeral expenses and stuff will be covered plus it'll leave some money behind for my first granddaughter that was just born when she becomes an adult. Thank you for being there for me and helping me with life insurance.

I worked with one of their agents who clearly knew what he was talking about because he was able to answer every question I threw at him (and I made it a point to ask a few questions that I already knew the answers to just to see if he actually knew what he was talking about or if he was just THAT good at bluffing). I liked his style and I ended up getting a policy through this company because of that interaction. That was 6 months ago and I havent regretted my decision once.

NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT TRUTHFUL Absolutely horrible company. We have NEVER contacted them for any reason whatsoever and yet they have been calling our home 2x/day for MONTHS and they never leave a message. I called them back at least 5 times and asked them to please take our phone number out of their contacts; I spoke with 2 employees who said they would, and yet I keep getting calls on a daily basis.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not give them any information about yourself or any money. They obviously have no scruples and are not a professional establishment, otherwise they would have been true to their word. I would have given them zero stars if I could.
Update: I was contacted by an employee who - Alishia, below - assured me that Ideal Concepts has not contacted me and I am not in their database. However, I gave her the 15 internal employee phone numbers that are saved on my phone and she had no explanation. She said that it may be spoofing and that she'd make it a priority with IT to remedy the situation. Well, guess what?! I'm still getting 2 - 4 calls DAILY under different internal Ideal Concepts numbers. No matter how many times we block them they use another number. Apparently their IT department is useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
So many calls DAILY representing insurance, real-estate, promotional services, etc. STOP CALLING! ALISHA IS A LIAR AND USELESS.
