image This company is trash. Stay away from them. If you get hired for the Newfane location in NY. Run as fast as possible. Management sucks!! They definitely dont keep there cleaners in check if i had to deal with black mold my first week. This company needs to be educated on some things. Just stay away from them.

image I have worked for this company for nearly 9 months as a school custodian and Im happy to say I gave my 2 weeks notice. My last day is coming soon. This job was only an interim job for me as I have found better opportunities to dedicate my time to. If youre looking for a quick pay check, thats the only reason to stay with this company. Other than that, dont expect to be here long term. Making $15/hr for all the work I had to do is not worth it. The management and communication wasnt the greatest. I had to inquire myself about getting information to view pay stubs as they didnt provide that information to me when I started. The health benefits provided arent recognized by most providers. No paid time off. Only got sick days after 8 months. Im glad Im escaping from this stressful job.

image The news needs to investigate this company HR always replay call us so we can discuss issues.. Nope cause its a set up to be removed from your position... Hcsg like to save money.. They don't want the staff to get overtime so they use us leads or managers as extra bodies ? For hcsg why doesn't the manager get the bonus when were managing the budgets.. We feel like were just leads with manager duties and when i say duties we are giving limited access to what we manage... They say your work doesn't go unnoticed like we are regular staff..how are we supposed to supervise when were doing the filling in when staff are on vacation or out . stop using us and let us get more hours to hire. Stop lying and saying its not in the budget.. The media will be notified if change don't happen! Some ppl on here reading this will agree and were not bad staff either .

image My dad was a account manager, they treated him like he was a regular floorteck. He was always short staffed because they put him in a building that had drug addicts And drinkers and they Didn't care for the other staff. The district managers get all the credit while they,used and took advantage if him they made him cover all the open spots and had to stay over to look for new staff Made him work 12 hour shifts and he didn't get credit for staying under budget but the district manager got the credit they don't tell you your a lead worker with a title. Im a lead for a company and i did the same duties as my pops. This company needs to stop being cheap and stop making the managers work like regular staff.. Then tell them they cant work housekeeping anywhere else.. Please pops can work any where he wants this is a free country

image As a manager you will not be given the resources you need by regional Directors to meet the needs and expectations of the facility. You will be asked to stay within a rediculous biweekly hourly budget for your staff. When you can't hire anyone because no one will work for the starting pay being offered, minimum wage you as a manager will be required to cover all open positions and shifts. When you are covering those positions amd shifts you will still be required to complete all manager duties. You will be doing about 5 jobs as a manager. If you enjoy stress, not getting paid extra because you are salary while doing the job of 4 to 5 people and no realistic support from regional directors then this is the job for you. This was one of the worst mistakes of my career.
