I purchased a propane fireplace set from them. Raquel was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in determining the best set for my home and ordering it for me. Brian came out and installed the unit and was also very pleasant to deal with. He was thorough at installing the set and making sure that my wife and I understood how to use it properly. I would highly recommend Plumbarama.
