We are sorry for the delay in responding. We take allegations of non-payment very seriously. Upon further review, we see the 4 work orders from February 2022. This particular client requires that upon completion, all work orders be processed through their proprietary portal by the technician performing the work. This must be completed BEFORE we can bill the client. These 4 work orders were entered into the portal months after the jobs had been closed and marked as incomplete. The client was NOT billed due to the job not being completed to their specification. We are unsure why the technician did not complete the work as required. We have made payment for other work orders that your organization has completed AND processed through this same client portal. If you would like to discuss this issue further, please email [email protected]. We are hesitant to remove your organization from our systems since you have completed and received payment for additional work since then. But, if you no longer wish to receive work from our organization, we can remove you from our system and add a do not contact. Thank you for your time. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
