What a charming, intimate, and warm place to enjoy dinner with your loved one(s). The food is perfect for the "foodie" in all of us, and the wine list is extensive, thoughtful, and unique. Enjoy this little spot of Tuscany and you will want to return soon!

The new owners of The Tuscan Inn have not followed, in kind, what was one of the best restaurants in the North Hills. Right from the start, I saw changes. The original bread served was not flavorful or crisp as it had been previously. Also the food was not up to the original standards. The service was wonderful, as the wait person was congenial and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we will not be going back unless we hear from others that changes for the better had been made.

Went for an anniversary dinner. Very disappointed. This has always been a favorite restaurant, however since there are new owners since April 2014 the quality has significantly declined.
Soup: broth with meat/rice - literally no taste
Appetizers: stuffed banana peppers. They were either refrigerated or frozen prior to warming up. We sent back as they were dry and cold spots and barely warm. Second order was served hot.
Dinner: Risotto D’ Mare: the seafood was ok but not seasoned. The rice was literally drenched/floating in oil/sauce that it was not eatable. The server even agreed that it was more "soupy" as usual. The Lasagna Bolognese was good although more on the very sweet side.
We had reservations for a Wed. night at 5:30 and upon arrival we were initially the first table to be sat in the dinning room. The waitress was not efficient regarding the time before greeting us, taking our order and serving us. She was more drawn to the customers sitting at the bar.
