The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the towels were soft, and the shower had good pressure. For the money, it was an excellent experience. And your kids will love the pancake machine in the breakfast area!

I was really shocked at the housekeeping service. I am a platinum member and stayed two nights ( March 29 to March 31, 2024). Left the room at 10am on March 30 to go to the state park for hiking and returned to the room at 6:34pm. Shocked to see the cleaning crew collecting the tips, replaced the garbage only but left the bed completely unorganized. See photos. I complained to the front desk right away, requested to talk to the manager and waited for responses

I came to this hotel because of the rave reviews, however I did not have a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice. But, the power went out in my room, they switched me rooms twice, thank God it was on 3 floors as we had to take the stairs. Then we had to contend with people who were very loud and fighting in the middle of the night. I've never had such a bad experience in my life at a hotel.

I imagine this hotel is pretty expensive during the summer as Dorney Park is directly across the street but it's worth staying in for sure

The worst place ever. The room was filthy no WiFi or tv working when I asked the receptionist she was very nasty. The next day I rent another room for two additional family members the price I payed the night before which was 130 she charged me 210 dollars for a room that did not have multiple beds or sofa bed me n my family was not refunded and kicked to the street with babies and one who is autistic I have many recording and will be posting our experience online the front desk and manger are working together to steal clients money . They charge rooms for one price and put it in the system as another price and pocket the money. Do not spend your money here !!!!!!!!!
