Please don't make the huge mistake of getting a mortgage through these people. Run away as fast as you can. You may think that the initial discount they offer at closing is worth it but it is exceptionally not worth it. Pay the extra and go with a large bank that knows what they're doing and are able to answer your questions of where exactly your money is going. Escarow is an absolute NIGHTMARE we are on the phone with them literally every time we get a bill, and the told we need to email the bill to different people because as I was just told as I had to call again regarding my taxes "we just see an amount on the website and we pay it we don't look at what it's for". This company is literally the worst. Please don't make the same mistake I did. They increases out mortgage payments almost $500/month more because they made an "accident disbursement". I cannot wait to refinance once rates go down

Richie was amazing! he was so on point the entire process. Everything went so smoothly! the previous mortgage advisors I've worked with do not compete with the level of service he brought to the table. I highly recommend him to everyone I know who is trying to buy.

I had the pleasure to work with Ronald & Josiah and there are literally no words! They did a phenomenal job & definitely went above and beyond to help us close within 18 days. Quicken loans approved us for 3.99 interest rate with many hidden agendas as soon as I started working with Ronald we were approved for 2.8!!! He was so honest & fair to us!!!! Josiah worked so fast and efficient to gather last minute documents together. I highly highly highly recommend them!!!! Never could have imagine buying a home will be so easy!!!! Thank you Ronald & Josiah & their entire team!!!!!
