This Dunkin Donuts is one of the best ones in the area I live in Kutztown but they make them better down here and they treat you really nice I always make sure when I'm in the area to go there

I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel without cream cheese or butter. I asked for it to be toasted. They give me it with cream cheese and it wasnt toasted. We tried asking again but this time they gave us a plain bagel toasted. We didnt bother asking again. I am very confused how you get the order right twice. And its not just today. I go to Dunkin every other Sunday and theres only been two or three times where they got the order right on the first try. This has by far been the worst experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Ordered a iced chai tea and a iced vanilla cold brew. The Chai tea was pure syrup and I literally had to pull over to throw up. The cold brew was just straight milk. This is now happened more then 3 times. Don't recommend this location
