My mother, visiting your branch, needed bill payment assistance. The bank manager directed her to an external website, contrary to my advice to use Wells Fargo's bill payment option. As a bank manager in Florida, I urge you to provide the necessary special assistance for my parents, who are from Ukraine. Ensure their proper treatment, or I may need to address this in person.

I had been having a horrible day with a snowball of things happening. They were able to help me with some things that really helped my situation. The gal that helped me was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for great customer service.

Horrible customer service at this branch. Went through the drive thru to cash a check and the teller told me to go to Onpoint where the check is from. I asked her but I bank here that doesnt make any sense. But I will be transferring my accounts to Onpoint.
