My mom and I have been clients of reynolds for years with 2 labs. Ted was a regular for many years for day care (which he always had a GREAT time at) and sadly when he passed a year ago Reynolds sent us flowers to mourn the loss of our precious baby. A few months later we brought Benny home and he just got back from his first overnight there and as expected he had a fabulous time. We dont trust anyone but reynolds with our dogs and we will continue to have Benny play there as much as he wants because of how great of a day care/boarding facility they run. Highly reccomend!

Hello Cameron, I am sorry that you were not pleased with our service, we offer a picture update service, and one of our boarding packages includes access to a Facebook group to post daily videos of our "Trailblazer" dogs playing in the yards. This place absolutely went down the drain after it was bought out. It is impossible to get a reservation, and every time you try to get a reservation, you never hear back from them, and have to manually reach out multiple times before they tell you they're full. It used to have plenty of staff to help, but to squeeze more money out of the place, they got rid of most of the staff, leaving the place with less open spots for pets and a nonexistent customer service. The new management is a pathetic excuse for what it once was years ago with walk-in availabilities every day and a fully-staffed team to give your pets the love and attention they deserve.

I brought June in today for a look around and complimentary play for the day. I was on first impression greeted with friendly smiles and really appreciate how clean the resort is. June was a bit nervous (her first daycare experience) but the staff knew just how to set a relaxed tone and she was all smiles and wags before I left her! She played with two big dogs while I got a short in prompt tour of the Resort! I really enjoyed meeting everyone there! Especially, ANisa, The really sweet girl who returned June to me at the end of the day. She gave me a full report of how things went and really treated June like her own pup. Very professional and I love all the caring small touches also... homemade doggie cookies! Oh, we are definitely friends in Junes book!! Thank you Reynolds and we look forward to our next visit.
