My father was the partner of the now owners parent and I took him there to go down memory Lane cuz he's 90 wow the place has changed and for the better it's a very very nice RV resort I recommend it to everybody the price is a little high but it's worth it.

Why pay a premium only to be woken up by a permanent resident?
Resident (and employed by Cape Kiwanda) will deter my return. He was coming and going on his motorcycle with loud exhaust during late hours throughout the night, and driving his Honda Civic which had LOUD exhaust at 1am, which woke up my family in the camper. This tells me that upper management either doesn’t care or isn’t paying attention.
Pacific City is a nice beach town to visit and this park has great potential- but next time I’ll be staying at Webb County or Hart’s Camp.
