I took my daughter here when she out of the blue mentioned she would like a haircut. Her Dad died in a car accident last year and it has been tough to get her to want to do things. We ran here, hoping to get it done while she was up for it. Big mistake. Kid brushed her hair and then threw on a beanie for the trip over. After checking in and waiting 26 minutes, the woman took her back and told her to take off her beanie. Kid has a lot of hair. The woman looked at me and asked why we wanted to cut it. I told her kid wanted a trim. She put her hand through it and found one snarl and refused to do the haircut. She said she couldnt brush it, she could only cut it and would be unable to do so because of the tangle. My daughter turned red and spent the night in tears feeling embarrassed and ugly. I cannot believe a "professional" hairdresser would treat a child like that, I was so shocked. I cant tell you the damage it did and I am so disappointed in the terrible quality of human this hairdresser was.

How is this place still open?
They don't understand what you say, therefore are unable to follow even the simplest of requests.
Mine was "please take one inch off the top".
