East Cascade Electric not only was on time, done in a timely manner, but also asked after the fact if there was anything they could do that I might have missed. They were knowledgeable and friendly and even offered suggestions for great places to eat as we are in a new area.
I have since worked with them on identifying and estimating new projects. And when I came up with a question about my AC unit tripping the breaker, they were on the phone with me right away and stayed with me until we exhausted all avenues... At no charge.
I will happily enlist their services for any project I have going forward!!
No other company has shown such caring and prompt response time.

Dean was amazing!! He explained everything he was going to do. He was fast and when there was an accessibility issue he came up with a solution that was least invasive. He cleaned up his work space and was very nice to work with..

East Cascade helped us with our kitchen remodel and expansion. They were readily available and communicated the plan, time, and expectations up front.
Their service was excellent, and they explained everything I needed to know in simple terms. They even answered all my questions as they were working on the job.
