      image So I'm on the bus. This is supposedly the only dentist in the Eugene and Springfield area who takes my insurance. The dentist I was assigned informed me he doesn't like to remove teeth and by doing so he is doing me a favor. Very blunt and harsh. He keeps telling me I need to have a root canal and a deep clean then it is scheduled and supposedly covered by my insurance but when I get there they always want a co pay for something that is not covered that I can't possibly afford. I have informed them many times if my insurance does not cover a procedure entirely they are wasting their own time and mine and my husband's who has to reschedule his life to pick up our kids from school which I normally do but can't when I have to ride a bus for almost two hours to get to an appointment that turns out I can't even keep because it's not covered by my insurance. Why can't they call me ahead and let me know my insurance won't cover something and I can save everyone the annoyance. I wish all my teeth could be pulled and just have dentures so I never have to deal with this situation again. Ugh.
