Tracy is the best! I turn to her whenever I need to deal with the complex world of medical insurance or other professional requirements so that I can focus on the parts of my job that I enjoy. I am so impressed with how thorough, patient, competent, and comfortable Tracy is navigating a world that can test the patience of the best of us. She knows what she's doing and is always so amicable, organized, and efficient. I don't know what I'd do without her!

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Tracy!!! She is thorough and quick to respond to any questions that I have. Shes also informative of the services and makes it easy for new business owners to understand what needs are accessible to them and how she can help them. I highly recommend her company for your professional services for being able to get assistance with credentialing. I was treated with courtesy and respect, which I highly value! If you havent yet had the opportunity to work with twin Oaks, medical management, I highly recommend that you seek them out. Owning a private practice in behavioral health has many facets on its own that require attention, in this matter this was one thing I didnt have to worry about.

I am very happy with my ongoing relationship with Twin Oaks Medical Management. The "one stop shop" for medical billing, compliance, contracting/credentialing and other services to help your practice. They have kept me in compliance with the State of Oregon and other insurance companies and assisted me in creating employment manuals and just about everything my practice needs to be up to date and get things done. I do not trust my electronic health record to do this for me as in the long run, it is way more worth it to hire Twin Oaks to make sure the coding and billing are correct and that I get paid. Nothing slips through the cracks.

Twin Oaks Medical Management- Highly Recommend
Many medical clinicians I know want to start their own independent medical clinic so they can provide the personalized medical care to their patients that they think is optimal for their best health. To create and subsequently manage your own independent clinic can be quite time consuming and intimidating. Inherent to todays medical business environment are many diverse and at times perplexing challenges. Working closely with Twin Oaks Medical Management has allowed me to successfully realize my goal.
Tracy Grieg-Nelson, with her over 30 years of experience in the medical management and billing fields, has been an excellent teammate as I work through the abundant, at times perplexing, steps of government and insurance mandated tasks. Tracy has been most helpful with establishing management protocols, insurance contracts, billing processes and clinic design.
I find that Tracy and her colleagues consistently provide support that I need in a responsible, professional, and timely manner. They are also friendly people to work with. Without the consultation and business services provided by Twin Oaks Medical management, I am uncertain if I would have been able to launch my own clinic. I highly recommend Tracy and her colleagues without any reservation. I am very satisfied.
