The fuser on our well-used Brother Printer needed replacement. (We are a busy roofing business, turning out lots of contracts and paperwork!) Even though it might have made sense to buy a new one and throw out the old, Mike gave me the information and practical advice we needed to make a good decision. The fuser arrived and Scott installed it in minutes. We are up and running with beautiful quality once again. And all at even less than I expected in charges! very arrogant and standoffish. asked if they can repair a printer, they didn't even bother to research, just passed a back elsewhere.
check w/ computer repair places, their staff is much more knowledgeable even w/ printers
