As a first time buyer, this was a stressful process. Jeannie at Award Home Loans made this such a wonderful and rewarding experience for me. She walked me through the process, was extremely communicative and eased all my worries and fears throughout the process. She spoke to me like a real person and made sure I easily understood everything from document to timeliness and next steps. I don't think I'd be in my house today if it wasn't for her! I will use her for every purchase going forward and will recommend her far and wide!

Jeannie is a Rockstar Lender! She was able to get my VA Buyers a better rate, less money in closing costs, and they didn't even have to sell their second vehicle like their previous lender told them they would have to. She helped us through a mess of a transaction with great communication and encouragement throughout the whole process to the closing table. I will definitely recommend her to future clients looking to buy a home!

I have never used a Broker before when buying a home,however, I am very lucky I did and especially finding Jeannie. Circumstances in our life would have caused denial from the average home loan provider. Jeannie was our advocate, when it looked like gloom and doom she fought and helped us jump through the hoops that I thought we couldnt get through and ultimately allowed us to buy our home. I highly recommend Award Home Loans. We worked with Jeannie to purchase our first home 23 years ago, and refinanced to update about 10 years ago. After selling our first home over the summer, this October, we purchased our second home. And we couldn't have accomplished it without Jeannie, she went above and beyond making it very clear this is more than a vocation for her, it is her way of life. Her communication is incredibly fantastic, she supported and advocated for us like we were more than just clients. I can't imagine going through the process of buying a home without her by our side.
