Helen has changed my life! I had years of discomfort and pain resulting from a bicycle accident and playing basketball for a long time. I never dealt with it and the effects kept spreading until I found myself this winter barely able to walk upright when I got out of the bed in the morning. Working with Helen these past few months has brought me around to feeling strong and pain free. Im fairly active and athletic and she has helped me with my form and technique to not only continue to improve my alignment, but to prevent injury and get better results!! She really knows her stuff.
