      image 1 star because I can't put lower. I went with Clinicient because the previous owner already had them. They are great salespersons but then it goes downhill. They took weeks to handle issues, they randomly stopped billing my patients for 3 months until we caught it, they would not reimburse for the mix-up. They are stuck inbetween software and online which is a mess. When I switched they did not work through the claims to the end. There are some good people there but they are hampered by a bad product. I would not recommend nor use again.
