A vengeful department and providers to existing patients and for NEW ones, Dr Serna is NOT taking NEW patients. On top of that, a hospitals employee stole my childs personal information and diagnosis. Didnt take my child for a follow-up there for two years during the pandemic. Didnt do the once-a-year follow-ups via zoom just to tell doctor how my child is doing because the doctor wouldnt even be able to see my child and still be charged nearly $300 for just verbally saying how he is doing for 60 minutes. When the pandemic was over and called back to set up the appointment; the front desk refused; gave me the round-around not returning calls, one called back and immediately got an answering machine; they didnt reply to ones email; finally got a different number for the office and the manager started fighting with you, saying all I needed was just a copy of my childs records (even though I can get these online and have my copies in order already) but she said NO to new appointments even though I was specifically requesting one, and she made the decision to not consider my child as an established patient but as a new one, then refused to setting up an appointment with either one of the doctors there because he is a new patient and Dr Serna is NOT taking new patients; she then claimed the other doctor doesnt work there anymore; yet all over the place she is listed as a current doctor at Randalls Developmental Dept. Prior to this another lady gave me a total different reason for refusing to set up an appointment: only making new appointments if something new had come up which as a matter of fact did. So clearly they are not afraid of deceiving; so this place is dishonest and vengeful. Not only this, but in November 2022, I received a letter from the hospital saying that in the summer of 2022, an employee had stolen many childs private information like birthday, social diagnosis and more.

This is probably the worst place to get scheduled! We have been on a waitlist for a little over a year and when we finally got an appointment scheduled they called to reschedule! I was fine with it the first time but I told them to please not let it happen again because I have to ask for those specific days off work! They scheduled another appointment for me and just now called me again to reschedule, 2 days prior to the appointment!!! Not to mention I had already asked for that day off work! I tried asking the lady that I was talking to if there was anything else we could do about it (maybe schedule me with someone else) and she wouldnt even let me talk all she said was no no no ! She was so rude and so disrespectful she even hung up on me! I wish I didnt have to take my Son here ! Definitely not recommended!
