First time homebuyer here and Guild made the whole process a breeze. They were really quick to respond and super helpful with the plethora of questions I had, they got me a great rate, and walked me through the multiple offers I put in on a a few houses. After closing I had to step back and appreciate how little stress I had thanks to them. I'm hoping I don't ever have to buy a house again but if I do I'll definitely be using Guild.

Jorah Price was our point of contact for this company. He was SO quick and responsive to all of my "zillions" of questions. He walked us through the process and ultimately we decided to hold off on buying due to the crazy housing market right now but when we do restart the process, Jorah will be our first stop. I highly recommend him.

I absolutely love working with Andrea Moore, which is why she did my 2nd home mortgage, then the refinance x2, and now my 3rd home mortgage. She is the best combination of efficient and thorough, and so friendly and easy to talk to as well. She never makes me feel like I have a "dumb" question and her explanations are clear enough that I feel like I've learned more as well.
