We are so happy with the total service shown to us by Sold by Jen at Keller Williams. After being introduced to Jen and discussing our thought on our house sale. Jen was very helpful in every way. We decided to go with Jen on the house sale. With Jens help and knowledge we were able to sell the house within a couple of day for a price above what we thought the house was worth. We recently worked with Jen to buy our first house in Portland. The market was crazy but she worked with us to identify what we needed out of a home, what we could (and couldn't) compromise on, and how to make it work within our budget. Jen was incredibly patient with us, and in the end helped us to purchase a starter home we love. She was even successful in getting the seller to pay for mold remediation! All in all, Jen and her team were wonderful and made us feel like we had someone looking out for us, even though we were by no means their biggest sale. Thanks Jen!

My husband and I worked with Christine Hotchkin for a few months while the market was incredibly competitive. This was from March 2021 to end of June 2021. We tend to be very picky and Christine had a lot of patience with us. Whenever we needed her and whenever we sent her a house we wanted to see she would respond quickly. She is so dedicated to helping that she would even leave her team meetings early just to go show us a house we wanted to see. That's the kind of dedication you need during a time like this when people need to act quickly before a house is sold. We put in 4 offers until we finally found our home and it was of course all thanks to how quickly Christine responded and how well she communicated with the home owner's agent. Once the offer was accepted there was tons and tons to do but Christine managed to get everything under control and handled everything herself we barely did anything during the closing process. Christine also had a goodie bag for us on the day of closing and it had all the things we needed such as toilet paper, paper plates, paper towels, snacks, and even a gift card to buy some pizza to keep us going while moving. We have also enjoyed the little gifts she has sent us once we became home owners. She really was a lot of help and we are very grateful for all her help. There are some agents you meet that seem to pretend to be friendly and nice but Christine felt very genuine and we recommend her 100%. 100/10. - Dulce and Otoniel
