As a first time home buyer it was really important to my husband and I to use a realtor that would explain everything thoroughly and walk us through the experience with professional expertise, we got both of those things with Cassandra. She worked hard for negotiating on our behalf to get us the best deal and into the house we fell in love with. She listened to our must haves, our needs and our price range requirements and helped hit all the marks. She was a fantastic buyers agent, listened, worked hard and made our experience one that was enjoyable and not stressful.

Cassandra is an absolutely excellent realtor. I've worked with 4 realtors before, and hands down, Cassandra has been my absolute favorite. We appreciated, greatly, that she is licensed in both WA and OR - my job is in WA but we weren't fully committed that way and she was able to show us both. From the first showing, I could tell she was really listening to us and what we wanted, not showing us just another house. As a buyer in a tough market, having that kind of an advocate on our side went a long way with us. If we were okay with remodeling here or there or focused more on the neighborhood, she listened to all of those details and spoke to us on our level. When it came time to put in an offer in on a house, sight unseen, she did everything she could to ensure that we were comfortable and to address the concerns she heard from us previously, even though we were 2,000 miles away. She pulled out every skill and tactic for us throughout the buying process and we couldn't be more appreciative. Her personality, communication, and skill as a realtor is hands-down top-notch. We genuinely enjoyed working with her and we'll looking forward to working with her again in the future. Of course, we'll always recommend her to everyone we know until then.

Cassandra was such a pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and was not familiar with the process. Cassandra explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She was also SUPER FAST to respond when I had any questions. It has been a month since closing and she is still checking in with me to make sure I have everything I need. Not only did she find me exactly what I was looking for she is a super cool person. You could not be in better hand than Cassandras.

When we were searching for our home, Cassandra stepped in when the other realtor was on maternity leave, and we were so lucky to have her! We were first time home buyers and Cassandra used plenty of personally learned experience as well as knowledge of the industry to get us our dream home at a price we could afford. She was happy to work within our budget, and was always available to check houses out on the fly. We are so grateful to have had her in our corner during what would have otherwise been a confusing and intimidating process.
