We have lived in Eugene for over 50 years, but when our grandson was born, my husband Chris and I decided that we needed to spend much more time in Portland. All we knew was that we wanted a condominium rather than a house and that it should be close to our daughter and her family. Sophie not only helped us see all of the condos we were interested in, she also gave us a ton of information about what to look for in a unit, a building, and a homeowners' association. Then, when we made a bid on the condo we wanted, she helped us "sweeten the deal" so our bid was the one that was accepted. She also made herself available after the deal closed when the inevitable questions came up. It was a pleasure working with Sophie, and we are delighted with our second home in Portland.

Sophie was a real pleasure to work with. From the moment we met her we felt she was the right fit. She has great taste, understood quickly what we are looking for, and was very easy to work with. She delivered a wide range of houses that fitted our needs, including ones that were off-market. She followed up through the entire process and was amazing during the inspection period when she arranged for several professionals to provide quotes for all of the inspection results, which helped us a lot in the negotiations. I will surely work with her again and strongly recommend her.

We met Sophie at an open house and knew right away that she was going to be our Realtor. Her knowledge of the market, unbiased opinions of properties for sale and charismatic personality were all big selling points from the start. This was only the "tip of the iceberg" with the value that she brings to the table! Realtor, Therapist, Friend,.. basically a human swiss army knife. She was there regardless of time of day to answer questions and address our concerns. If we needed an electrician, she had one ready, plumber, paint guy, handyman... she's ready with them all. Her knowledge of SW Portland is amazing. She will figure out what you are looking for and steer you to the best possible options.
