ZERO respect for customer preferences and privacy. Would give them zero stars if I could. Placed one small order last year and asked them not to send me marketing. Got a response confirming the request and saying my privacy was "super important" to them. Then five days later I get a marketing e-mail. So I contact them again, asking again not to send marketing and saying that I won't be ordering from them again as they deliberately ignored my preferences. Cut to a year later and what shows up in my USPS mailbox? A marketing postcard from Bridge & Burn. What is wrong with companies like this?! Why do they insist on treating people's private information like a commodity? The compact is simple for me. I give you the money, you deliver the product, and that's it. The transaction is done. But no, each and every online transaction puts you on some kind of permanent database and company feel like they own your data and to send you unwanted marketing until the end of time. It's presumptuous and rude. And I for one am sick of it.

Really thoughtful and beautiful small batch clothing. I had seen this place online two or three years ago I was so excited to get to visit the brick and mortar. The guy working the counter was absolutely delightful. Very friendly and helpful. I had to limit myself to just one purchase because I was traveling and had limited space in my suitcase, but I wanted about 10 things. Beautiful clothes and great craftsmanship.
