Adventist Health Medical Group - Gastroenterology Associates

I had an emergency teleconference appointment and was never contacted. I am having sever liver issues, have a family history of liver issues including death. When I called the clinic to ask why my appointment was not fulfilled I was not taken seriously. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was not allowed to do so. I then asked to speak to the office managers supervisor then and was informed that “maybe” someone would call me back. I would not recommend Adventist as I feel your care will not be taken seriously. When Phillis asked me what medications I was taking she could not use the generic names for medications. I had to Google the info for her.

Very disappointed, I SUFFER severe Crohns disease, have had 2 bowel resections when Dr Schlippert was my doctor. I miss him sooo mich as does everyone else! Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I got chewed out for my being late...was NOT my fault...was their staff who messed up, so WHY bisch me out? One of their doctors did a colonoscopy during my week long hospital stay for severe anemia...SHE was awesome, but is no longer there...oh well. Glad my Gluten Free Diet and taking Methyl B12 has saved my life, NO more fatigue when I use Methyl B12!...and NO MARE Crohns symptoms when I stay away from gluten.. You MUST take your health in your own hands!

I was 8 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. They refused to see me and made me reschedule for a month later, after I had already waited a month for my appointment. Absolute garbage.

I had my second colonoscopy here. The first one I had at the Oregon Clinic 10 years ago. The staff at Adventist and the level of care they gave me was amazing. So much better experience than at the O.C. that there is no comparison.

I was unlawfully detained and assaulted multiple times by staff at this hospital. I told you I was going to sue you for what you did, and soon you are going to feel how I felt during my stay in this putrid and foul place. I have already asked for a full report and copies of video and audio recordings and as of yet I have not been so much as acknowledged. When I informed the staff members that abused me of my intentions to file a lawsuit they stormed the room like animals and tied me to a bed and injecting me with a concoction of sedatives. They didn't even say that I was warranting this treatment nor was I asked to stop protesting. They did this without the supervision of a physician, and I doubt without a written order. There are no excuses. I will see you in court. 😁😁😁👍
