I have a disarticulated shoulder amputation& every other prosthetic company I talked gave me the run around because of my level of amputation. While I was still in the hospital Austin came 2 meet me & visited me twice. In order to have a full understanding of my needs for a prosthetic as well as my other medical issues. The insurance company denied my prosthetic twice, b4 finally approving it. Tamera at Pacific medical put in all the work appealing it 3 times b4 it was finally approved. Every1 who works for Pacific Medical are really professional, friendly & super flexible with with scheduling. I wouldn't choose any other place.

Unfortunately the emergency room did not give us an option on leg braces. After the emergency room visit we received an overpriced invoice for a subpar product.

The orthotics are fine, but my credit card was billed 3 times for the one-time charge, and now 10 days later I still haven't been credited the refund even though I've spoken with various people at Pacific Medical around 5 times and was told it was being handled. I was even mailed a statement dated a week ago saying I'd be getting $350 back, but no action yet. They processed the charge immediately but seem unwilling to process a credit, something that can be done almost instantly.
