I experienced significant wait times and a very dismissive doctor. They didn't even look at the chart from my previous ENT surgery that I mailed to them, just ordered an MRI, then said there was nothing wrong and referred me to a neurologist.

I was referred to Dr. Timothy Smith by the OHSU Comprehensive Pain Center to look into sinus-related migraine headaches. Dr. Smith looked up my nose and dismissively said there was nothing wrong with my sinuses so there must be no relationship between the two when there clearly is and has been for many years. Dr. Smith talked to me for 8 and a half minutes and charged me $953. Yes, 8.5 minutes. Yes, $953. That's not including the useless $1,000 MRI he also ordered. The only explanation I can think of for his lack of interest is that there was no obvious revenue-generating surgical opportunity. OHSU wasn't interested in listening to my complaints, so here I am posting them online. I am out 2,000 real dollars and am still in pain. Dr. Smith, I hope karma catches up with you and your next career is more engaging for you.
