Evergreen Prosthetics & Orthotics

I had a great experience at Evergreen! I went in to get a new pair of orthotics. The let me know my insurance wouldn’t cover them, and I was able to leave with something affordable that day. They took an over the counter orthotic and added the lift I needed in order fit my needs. It was $70 vs $400. Great experience and would highly recommend. My grandmother also got a prosthetic leg through them. She absolutely loved her experience. She was very excited whenever she got to go see Hollie and her team!

I've been to multiple prosthetist and no one has helped me like Evergreen. The whole staff is caring and helpful!

Update: The Office Manager did call back and agreed to exchange the boots after some push back. We have not done anymore business with the company. The main concern of the office manager was to get rid of this “bad review” and not how to solve the problem of my daughter not fitting at all in her shoes. (Please note this exchange occurred in July/Aug 2017) We didn't have a choice about what orthotic company we could go through. Jim Chea fit my daughter for boots two sizes too big. Talked over me and even though I have had done a lot of research kept telling me that my worries and concerns are just "me being overwhelmed with the situation and it's just a lot to take in".... I was ready to order boots and bar myself through the manufacture, but supposedly my insurance had been verified and their office quoted me $150+/- oop. EOB came today and we will owe $300. I will update this review if anything positive will happen once I can speak with their office during business hours.
