There's a tree that fell on my neighbors apartment at woodland village that went through the roof and caused it to be a hazard for the entire building.
Action management hasn't moved the people from the first floor or added any safely measures for around the area.
We were told that it isn't their tree so they weren't going to go anything about it.
The laundry room is a mess and the machines are constantly breaking down, there's dog poop regularly in the common area and parking lot, they do not answer their phone for when you need to get ahold of them.
There's been an abandoned car in the parking lot for over a year that was abandoned by a previous tenant.

Not necessarily about Action as they've been generally helpful, but the property owner Jeff Gibbs is an absolute piece of trash. Rented unit with the understanding AC was part of it, AC has been out for over 2 weeks with no fix in sight and 100+ degree temps. Asked for compensation for this off of our rent or some other type of compensation, and he came by and dropped a $10 starbucks gift card off that he was too much of a coward to actually present to us. Don't rent from any property owned by Jeff Gibbs.

Adding to the many people here noting their distinct unprofessionalism and shoddy practice. Don't be patient or kind with them--they won't return the favor. Also, as a warning: if you have any delay (even less than a month) in paying all the trumped-up charges that they hand you instead of returning your security deposit, they will send the amount to collections with no warning or communication at all. I have never experienced that in my life, and it is not common practice, but rather disrespect and laziness. Shun them and tell your family and friends.
