The comfort and peace I get from talking to Stephanie is the perfect preventative from getting stuck in my head and going around in circles. I love Stephanie's positive encouragement and naming of my progress. No one else does that for me. Having someone objective (not friend or family) to chat with on a regular basis has been really helpful during a mid-life career change. I suspect that I will continue our chats because I look forward to them and we talk about much more than my career path.

So glad I gave coaching a chance. Stephanie's support during our sessions was so encouraging and it felt like she was rooting for me (all while giving space for my pauses or feelings as needed). My meetings with Stephanie became an essential bi-weekly boost for the progress we had started in my life. She gave me a new way to look at my unique challenges. We problem solved together to be sure the guidance fit my particular needs in the season I am in. She is so very kind and helped me to really be at a better place now with many more tools for doing life. Highly recommend.

Stephanie brings such insight and energy to our conversations. I always feel seen. Her empathy, her ability to listen, imagine, guide and encourage all at the same time, is a rare talent. After our conversations Im excited to dive back into my own life and make progress. Shes truly unique.

Poor work. Lost effort. Never provided a next step. No mindfulness practices were given. I was extremely unsatisfied with this service.
